We had a guest teacher come and talk to us about "The zones of regulation" it's about what are good zones what are ok and what are not good/ok.
The blue is for if your hurt, bored, sad, sick, you can fix it by stretching
The green zone is if your good, calm, ready to learn, proud you can fix it by drink of water
The yellow zone is if your exicted, silly, overwhelmed you can fix it by deep breaths
The red one is if your mad, angry, yelling, mean you can fix it by taking a break
If your in the blue, red, or yellow you can fix it by deep breaths, stretching, takings break and more.
