Water Molecule Field Trip

Video made by Jonah

Today we went on imaginary field trip. First we all we shrunk 1,000times smaller, and then turned into water molecules. We had 9 stations in sience  we were learning about water molecules we had to go around the room to go in places water molicules go when they move through the water cycle. There was animal where you would role dice to see if you go to a different part of the cycle or if you would stay at that part of the cycle !!!! There were 8 other stations: soil, glaciers, ocean, ground water, plant, lakes, and clouds!

We would have Line up in a straight line so we would know what water molecules were behind us because if we rolled a specific number the person behind you would have to travel with you. For example, if you went to ocean and you got one, two, or three or sometimes four the person behind would have to travel as well.

But if you were really a water molecule you would think if I have been around for over a million years and I have been drank, I have been urine, and water vapor, and snow, and in the ground, and in lakes, rivers, and the ocean.  I have gone threw the water cycle so many times. The water cycle is a cool natrual process it comes down as rain, snow, and sleet and then It melts gets evaporated turns into a gas goes up in the clouds and keeps going!!!

I have to admit I like the cloud station the most, it's very interesting. It's awesome how the cloud gets the water that evaporates into a gas and than it condenses in the clouds, basically they catch the gas and it becomes a liquid and it rains again. It's just an amazing part of the cycle, with out them we would not get any rain. Thank the world for having clouds and for scientists for discovering this amazing cycle!!

Are whole class loved doing this, we had so much fun doing the cycle!!!!!!!!!
